Re: Fridge openid code

The code is ready.
The resources to deploy the code are tied up preparing the Ubuntu release.

They have offered me a nice olive branch and if they have time it's
possible it might be done next week but it's only a 20% chance.

You could always use this:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FWN/LatestIssue?action=history&feed=rss

And change the commit messages to something along the lines of "Announcing FWN
<number>"

No, unfortunately we don't have a RSS feed. Do you know how can we
implement one in MediaWiki?

Also, keep in mind that FWN is published also in other places beside the
forum (the announce list, LWN and such).

Fedora weekly news popularity.

Hello all,
I have some ideas and suggestions. From the short time I am interested in FWN, I noticed that FWN is not very popular or at least the forum impressions of the weekly news thread is not that high. So, actually the impressions of the thread are about 200-300.

I am wondering if there is something like a feed in the FWN. So, the users could receive new weekly news via the RSS feeder.
This will make FWN more popular and more accessible for the users.

This seems like a great idea to me, and a nice way for FWN to help
spread the word on getting more community involvement in the election!

One suggestion might be to include these as they come in, in regular FWN
issues, and then put together a special issue of all of these together,
along with any other additional content y'all feel would be useful,
closer to the election, perhaps at the beginning of the voting period.
Other suggestions most welcome!
