Art beat ready and needing review

I uploaded the Art beat, which is longer than usual, we had hot topics
this week (a *large* flamewar about licensing and a smaller one about
icons) and I felt they need covering (I hopt this will not turn FWN in a
tabloid).

Please take extra-care when reviewing and if you feel I was to biased
due to my direct involvement, please rewrite if needed.
