Well Said Denver.  I agree with Denver.  Look at all the emotion over the problems some Linux users are having with Hotmail.  Blocking people only grows animosity toward the site and toward Linux.  We don't want Linux to look as manipulative as Microsoft.  If it is not a Herculean effort to support IE6 I believe the effort will pay dividends in evangelism of Linux.

I can understand if you don't can support IE5 since it is so old but there is still alot of people using IE6 so please check the compatibility against IE6 as well when you develop pages and the site. Windows users still might want to follow the project though they haven't taken the step over to linux yet.
